Well first of all, Wooshii is a much more community-focused site. You also get to show your creations or creations you like. You can discuss with people, get ideas etc.
Also, the site is quite new, so it needs parttakers.
And yes, there is good profit! I earned a proper amount of bucks on a job which I finished in about a week. I can now afford four Wacom Bamboo tablets. :P

Fortunately I'm not creative so I won't be involved, but I think it would be sweet to see some of our favorite people from around here doing stuff for major brands, that's cool shit!

What about voice actors? Do they help voice actors?
Hmm... Well not directly, but voice actors are often needed for the animation, so you can voice act for the animators. You can just ask them. :)

Click on the "browse" button on the top of the site. There you'll see all the open projects. Which are the jobs, the "missions" you can do.
Click on a project and you'll get a brief and information, and the prize. Post a comment if you're unshure about something.
Clcik "Submit pitch" on the project page if you're up for it! Then you have to write what you want to do, like a short storyboard, or just your thoughts. This is called a pitch.
The brand choses you if they like your pitch! Then you make what you had in mind, and Wooshii pays you.
That was really explained the hard way, but in other words:
1. Choose a project
2. Submit a pitch if you want to do it.
3. The brand contacts you when/if they want you!
