My favourite Norwegian word, huh?
Hmm...
"Bæsj" (Poo) is quite pleasant to say.
Æ is like saying a single A. (or the word "a," like "a cat")
SJ is spelled SH.
I just like it, it's fun too say.
You know: "Du er så bæsj!" (You are so poo!)
It's just a funny, unnormal word to call eachother, so it gets fun when we do!

You really don't join, you get "co author-ed" by the one submitting the movie.
Like, if you are the starter of the collab, you should make a forum, and make everyone make parts, and make a list of who has joined. And then people send in their fla.-files to you at mail or whatever, and you take it together in a single fla.-file (The finished work.) And so you should make the ones in the collab as your "portal buddies," that means you can add them to your work when submitting and it will be a larger list of authors at the submittion. Remember, the one submitting the work is answering reviews, making the description etc.
